Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (30 DAYS)

1.1 Legal deadline

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

Once your decision is communicated, you have 14 additional days to return the product(s) to us.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the European Union.

1.2 How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Step 1: Contact us at contact@lassoro.com indicating:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) concerned
  • Your wish to withdraw

Step 2: Send back the product within 14 days following your request

1.3 Return conditions

Returned products must be:

✓ In their original condition
✓ Complete (packaging, accessories, manual)
✓ In like-new resalable condition
✓ Not worn, not washed, not damaged

Warning: Any depreciation of the product due to unnecessary handling to verify its nature or functioning may engage your responsibility and result in a deduction from the refund.

2. RETURN FEES

Return at your expense

  • You arrange the return with the carrier of your choice
  • Return fees remain your responsibility
  • You assume the risks related to transport

Note: Initial delivery fees (even if they were free) are not refunded in case of withdrawal, in accordance with regulations.

3. REFUNDS

3.1 Refund deadlines

We refund you within 14 days maximum from:

  • The date of receipt of your withdrawal request, OR
  • The date of receipt of the returned product, OR
  • The proof of shipment date of the product

(The most favorable date for you will be retained)

3.2 Refund procedures

  • Payment method: Same as used during purchase (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Refund amount: Product price
  • Possible deductions: Depreciation of the product if handled improperly

Special cases:

  • Gift voucher: Refund in the form of a new gift voucher
  • Customs fees: Not reimbursed by Lassoro.com (direct request to customs)

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation is only possible within 2 hours following the validation of your order.

Procedure: Contact immediately contact@lassoro.com

Note: Bank transaction fees may not be refunded in case of cancellation.

5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Delivery delay

  • Before 6 weeks: No automatic refund
  • After 6 weeks: The package is considered lost → refund possible

Package declared lost by the carrier

Refund within 14 days by the original payment method, even before the 6-week period.

6. ANOMALY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you notice an anomaly on the packaging or the product:

  1. Do not refuse the package without contacting us
  2. Contact us at contact@lassoro.com
  3. Return fees will be at our expense
  4. Full refund or exchange according to your preference

7. PACKAGE REFUSAL

⚠️ Warning: In case of refusal of the package without any anomaly observed, you will be charged return fees which will be deducted from your refund.

No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted.

10. LEGAL INFORMATION

This policy complies with:

  • Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code
  • EC Regulation No. 1182/71 of the Council of June 3, 1971
  • European Directive 2011/83/EU

Burden of proof: It is up to the consumer to prove that they exercised their right of withdrawal within the legal deadlines.
